i have both eyeliner and the Loreal HIP cream liner is sorta drying and flakes off :< so sometimes the flakes get in my eyes and it hurts, plus it smears off because its cream formula
the maybelline gel liner is much more smoother, and isnt drying so it doesnt flake and stays on pretty long :>
